DECIDE WHO WILL BE PAYING FOR THE REPAIR
- Your insurance company

Contact the insurance company that will be handling the claim and get the claim number, adjuster's name and contact information (if you are using an insurance company).
OBTAIN AN ESTIMATE
Bring the vehicle to the repair facility of your choice for a written estimate. You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate. Tow services are available if your vehicle is not drivable.SCHEDULE REPAIRS
Parts will be ordered, rental vehicle arrangements will be made and the insurance issues will be addressed (if applicable)
DISASSEMBLY
Once the vehicle is dropped off, the repair process will begin. We make every effort to write a precise estimate. However, in disassembly, hidden damage is often found. This may require scheduling insurance re-inspection and ordering additional parts. This can add time to the repair process.
STRUCTURE REPAIR
In the structural repair process the unitized body is returned back to factory specifications.
BODY REPAIR
The body repair department replaces exterior panels and all metal repairing that may be required. The vehicle begins to come back to life as sheet metal is installed and aligned. From here the vehicle will go to the paint prep department.
PAINT
Paint prep is a critical step in the refinishing process of every vehicle. All panels are prepared for paint which includes a coat of primer and sealing to assure good adhesion when the top color and clear coats of paint are applied.
REASSEMBLY
Final moldings and detailed pieces are put back on the vehicle in the reassembly process. A final inspection is done to assure the vehicle is restored to pre-accident condition.
NOTIFICATION
After final inspection your vehicle will be thoroughly cleaned for your convenience and you will be notified as to when you vehicle will be ready for pick up.
PAYMENT
At the time of pick up you will need to have arranged for payment to the shop. If a deductible applies it will be collected at this time. As well as any insurance checks issued. If you are paying out-of-pocket full payment is due upon release of the vehicle.
